Brighton and Hove roads get £1.4m for repairs
The city council has been awarded £1.4m from the Department for Transport towards resurfacing and pothole work.

Roads and pavements across Brighton and Hove are set for more repair work after the city council was awarded £1.4 million from the Department for Transport. The money goes towards the council's ongoing resurfacing and pothole-filling programme.
The council has said the award supports the road maintenance work it already has planned for the year.
