Taste Film brings immersive dining experience to Brighton this autumn
Innovative concept pairing five-course meals with iconic films launches at Harbour Hotel on Kings Road.
A fresh dining concept arrives on the coast
Brighton is about to welcome a truly unique culinary experience this autumn. Taste Film, an innovative immersive dining concept that has already captured audiences across London, Manchester and Edinburgh, is launching its first season in our city at the Harbour Hotel on Kings Road.
The experience brings together food, film and storytelling in a way that invites guests to step into the worlds of their favourite movies. Each five-course menu is carefully timed to unfold alongside key scenes from the film, allowing diners to literally taste the story as it happens on screen.
Two sold-out favourites coming to Brighton
The launch season will feature two fan favourites that have already proven popular in other cities. First up is the enchanting Ratatouille, running from October 27 to November 1. Guests will be transported into the animated world of culinary imagination, with the chance to engage with iconic moments from the film—including seasoning soup alongside Remy, the film's talented rat chef.
Following that is Pulp Fiction, scheduled for November 25 to 29, which will transform the dining table into a playful, nostalgia-filled tribute to Quentin Tarantino's cult classic. The menu promises themed elements including adrenaline 'shots', the famous $5 Shake and a briefcase full of delicious mystery.
Why Brighton is the perfect home
According to Amy Fernando, founder of Taste Film: "Brighton's food scene and love of independent culture make it the perfect home for Taste Film. We've wanted to bring the experience to the coast for years, and now feels like exactly the right moment."
It's easy to see why the city has been chosen for this exciting venture. Brighton's thriving food culture and appreciation for creative, boundary-pushing experiences make it an ideal location for this innovative concept.
